Quality

Checking of the signage manufactured by us is done at every stage by a team of our quality analysts to ensure that they meet the client expectation. Tests such as Color Get, maccart, floora are conducted to ascertain the quality of the signage. Even the raw material used passes through stringent inspection to ascertain that it is fit for production. It is only after the above mentioned criterion is met that the consignment is considered ready to dispatch. As far as the distribution of vinyl and flex printers is concerned, we thoroughly quality test it before offering customized solutions.

Infrastructure

Our two manufacturing unit with an installed capacity of 5000 units is set-up in an area of 5000 sq. ft. wherein the entire manufacturing process is undertaken by a team of experts with the aid of necessary hi-tech machines.

The procuring agents make sure that the raw materials procured are of standard quality. While the trading agents interacts with our clients on a regular basis to find out if any changed are required in the product. These changes are then incorporated in our labels and are manufactured as per our client’s satisfaction. All these processes are continuously supervised by an expert .
